Progress

What the numbers say

Every set you log becomes a trend you can act on.

Progress that motivates

Every set becomes insight

Nothing here is a mock-up of a someday feature. This is what the app computes from the sets you've already logged — most of it before you pay anything.

On your phone, from your sets
Back Squat history: the last three Leg Day sessions listed set by set — 92.5 kg by 6 then 8, the week before all at 92.5 kg, the week before that 90 kg — each row marked with an up arrow or a dash, two of them flagged Personal Best in this session.
This session against the ones before it Every set of an exercise, session by session, with the arrow that says whether you went up. Twelve sessions deep here.
Muscle balance screen: a six-point radar for chest, shoulders, arms, core, legs and back sitting inside a shaded 10 to 20 sets a week target band, headed All six groups are in the zone, with sets per week listed underneath.
Muscle balance Sets per group per week against a 10–20 target band. It tells you what you have been quietly skipping. Pro
Back Squat analytics: a personal best card reading 92.5 kg times 8 reps, a rising Total Volume line across twelve sessions, and a bar chart of the heaviest set in each session.
One exercise, all of it Personal best, total volume over time, and the heaviest set of every session.
Body tab measurements: thigh 55.5 cm, forearm 27.5 cm, hips 94.0 cm, calf 36.8 cm, neck 37.2 cm and shoulders 119.0 cm, each with the change since the last entry.
Body, if you want it Nine measurements, each with its own goal and its change since last time. Weigh-in reminder optional.

Almost all of it is free, and all of it is computed on your phone. Volume, records, one-rep-max estimates and body metrics come out of the sets you already logged — Pro adds the muscle balance screen and the longer 3, 6 and 12 month chart ranges. Either way it syncs with Apple Health, and either way you can export the lot as a file whenever you like.
